Responsibilities:

Food preparation and culinary activities

Suggest to modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards

Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs

Supervise kitchen staff’s activities

Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs

Assist in recruiting, training and managing kitchen staff

Plating

Comply with Singapore food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Requirements:

Male, below 40
-
Certificate/Degree/Diploma in Culinary, Cookery, Commercial cooking or equivalent
-
Knowledge and experience in western cuisine
-
Excellent communication and organization skills
-
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
-
In excellent health
